We will accept:

The size(s), color and item name, as well as a mailing address and phone number. Special Instructions (example no ties).
If you're paying by credit card, include the number, the expiration date, and the exact name as it appears on the card and the billing address if different than the mailing address, the What's It number on the back of the credit card, phone number with area code.

Please allow three or four days for
delivery in the USA of in stock items, but it may get there quicker.
Special sizes will take longer; we'll give you an estimate at the time of your
order. If you have a deadline, be sure to mention it. Give a e-mail
address and we will send you mailing conformation.

guaranteed as to workmanship and materials (if you haven't supplied the fabric).
If you're not satisfied at the time of
purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Please include
a copy of the invoice or sales ticket with the returned
item(s), and state
whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
Items that have been specially sized per your measurement can be returned for adjustment at no charge if the dimensions don't match the measurements you provided. If they do, you may be charged for the alteration. Exchanges on such items will be offered at our discretion.
